Remove PDF #17

Team, it is not a good practice to add binary files to github like https://github.com/adnanbhanji/EU-Chatbot-Reco-System/blob/main/emmission-report-template-1.pdf

Other binary files include datasets, images, etc.

If you want to link data, you can either upload it to a storage and link it to your markdown, or have a separated repo just for data.
