review the turns manager to be fairer or add some feedback about who took the hand #16

Yeah, the game lacks a lot of feedback.

I initially thought it was a good idea to keep to have the last player to play first after each round, but that seems to be confusing to people, and I'm not even sure that's a good feature. It seems to give a big edge to the second player. Plus, now that we have a random at the start of each game, it should not be necessary to balance the game.

This pretty easy to solve. Look for this.changeState(COMBAT_RESOLVE_STATE), there are comments that note we don't change the player's turn.
