Set up IFTTT or Zapier for blog posts to Twitter and Facebook #11

Since we are no longer working on the server side, need to use 3rd Party Service to announce when things change. Never used either of the above services, so will need to have a play with both, and decide which one to go with.

Basic IFTTT recipes have been created, for Twitter and Facebook. These are driven by new posts onto the RSS Feed. Additional recipes can be created as required.
