Removed vacancies for Solutions #13

Vacancies are no longer relevant. No point in keeping them on the site. P.s. never worked with Jekyll, not sure if you need to remove stuff somewhere else - was not able to check in running Jekyll

Getting Jekyll set up is easy enough, and once it is running it is as simple as doing:

jekyll serve --watch

On the folder that your files are located. This will then "build" the static content from the markdown files. All quite clever really. I aim to do a couple blog posts about the setup, once I have everything up and running.
