This modification is required for the ip_list.lua file containing the whitelist and blacklist lists to be discovered by nginx, in order to use the require function

There isn't any other occurrence of /opt/ADBE in this repo (I could only find include /etc/api-gateway/generated-conf.d/*.conf;).

So is this reference correct?

Yep, you are right, I was mistaken due to the fact they are linked in our implementation. I will change now.
