Ha compose #6

Probably some work to do on the default network and container names. This also introduces the use of pumba to kill random conatiners Also a force-scale script is included that mimics an autoscale group that can recover in about 1 min.

A lot of this could be improved or generalized.

@tysonnorris I think I've addressed your problem with the default naming in the add route command. I can't seem to figure out how to unstick CircleCI though.

oh no - I think circleci doesn't build PRs... ugh.
