The samples you provided are in different resolutions and the glyphs are in different positions, it is difficult to tell what you are actually proposing. Anyway, as Source Han Sans is a multi-master font with two masters (ExtraLight and Heavy), I suggest you to check the ExtraLight and Heavy weights first. If both are fine, there's really not much that can be done in the current project scope (see https://github.com/adobe-fonts/source-han-sans/issues/116).
「底」 with other characters containing "氐" parts (低、抵), the left end of the short horizontal stroke is slightly shorter, which makes the position of the short horizontal at the bottom look right, causing the overall center of gravity of the characters 「底」 to be unstable, thus making the characters look uncoordinated as a whole, and I hope to make corrections in the next version update.
