Three updates to the specimen site:

support for Dark Mode (see https://github.com/adobe-fonts/source-code-pro/issues/244 )
use Variable Fonts to render the specimen page where supported
update the ribbon CSS to avoid this scrolling problem:

One conspicuous bug is not yet fixed: The ribbon links to a page https://github.com/adobe-fonts/source-sans-3, however the URL is https://github.com/adobe-fonts/source-sans-pro. Your call @pauldhunt to decide if the repo name needs to change, or the link just needs an update.
