Add Ŋŋ characters #63

I would like to request two characters for Source Serif. I’m not sure what the proper protocol is for this: should I open an issue on Github for a set of glyphs that are already in the pipeline?

The glyphs I’m requesting are: Ŋ U+014A LATIN CAPITAL LETTER ENG (in its N-based glyph, as used in the Sámi languages) ŋ U+014B LATIN SMALL LETTER ENG

I am aware that the IPA issue on the repository already covers the letter eng, and that the use I have for it is fairly specialized; however, the lack of support for eng is keeping me from using Source Serif in my website.
