dont assume inputRect and OutputRect always exist #401

Asset side cleanups for transition away from always using bounds to define scale factor. see Core CL https://github.com/adobe-photoshop/generator-core/pull/336

Two options for merging: 1) wait until g-a-a results are equivalent to master 2) create a new long-running branch separate from master, and create a PR to that branch

which is to say: I would prefer not to merge to master with NEW tests failing, which I believe there are currently.
