Actions are queued during modal About Photoshop dialog is open #2912

Mac only. During Photoshop CC -> About Photoshop dialog is open, app window behind is still clickable and actions are queued.

With no doc open Photoshop CC -> About Photoshop Click iPhone 6 in the templates panel Close About Photoshop dialog. RESULT: New doc opens. EXPECTED: No document opens.

The following scenario will result in unrecoverable error. With no doc open Photoshop CC -> About Photoshop Click iPhone 6 in the templates panel Click Legal notice in the about photoshop dialog. -> Unrecoverable error

@ktaki the second scenario is not unrecoverable. You are seeing bunch of errors because PS is in mode state (with legal dialog opened) and DS is trying to recover from the error periodically; once you close the legal dialog, DS will recover and errros will stop. Since this is not a major issue, I lowered the priority, but feel free to change it if you have other concerns.

The core bug is set to fix for 1.2. I will set this to M4.
