Revert is slower in DS than in standard PS and generally very slow #3656

Open Vermillions in standard PS, move a group or some layer hit F12 to revert Results: range is between 9-11 seconds

repeat steps in DS Result: range is between 13-30 seconds Finished action history.revertCurrentDocument in 29318ms with RTT 29591ms; 1/1 Executing action tools.resetBorderPolicies after waiting 29128ms; 1/0 Finished action tools.resetBorderPolicies in 365ms with RTT 29493ms; 1/0

On Mac, the range in both standard and DS was 4-5 seconds performing the same steps

Can you repro @shaoshing? If you can isolate it to PS, file a JIRA issue?
