Click + drag to select all in text input doesn't actually enter modal state even though it looks like it is

Select a shape click to left of stroke input to select all (value is highlighted) arrow up/down

Result: shape moves position on canvas, text input value doesn't change

We should consider making non-editing number inputs not selectable? Or change the style of the selection to make it different from an editing input?
