repro:

Open vermilion
Zoom in, select a group
Drag to move (notice a screen flash!)
Undo
Notice the blue borders drawn in the wrong spot as you hover around adjacent layers

Changing focus from/to photoshop will correct the issue.

This may be a recent regression, so a git bisect could help.
