Scrubbing position of type in edit mode results in jump back to original position #3772

  1. start with a type layer
  2. enter type edit mode, click and drag on canvas to move type layer
  3. scrub X position

Result: type jumps to original position and auto-commits Expected: scrubbing should not be allowed in edit mode
