CC Lib: dragging in asset with Alt modifier results in unrecoverable error: too many layers in index #3802

new doc hold down Alt and drag asset onto artboard attempt to select CC Lib asset select and move artboard

Result: unrecoverable state Transfer from transform.handleTransformLayer to layers.resetIndex failed: Error: Too many layers in layer index

ah, this is because we don't have the latest DesignLibraries.angular.html

If I put the latest files (com.adobe.DesignLibraries.angular.html) in CEP/extensions/ it works as expected.
