Stroke Alpha changes don't show on canvas if Fill visibility is off #526

Create a shape layer with both fill and stroke Disabled the fill (using the eyeball) Change the stroke opacity via the number input Notice it does not change (on canvas, however it does if you change the Fill Alpha value) Re-enable the Fill Notice that the stroke opacity magically fixes itself!

This issue is bananas, and it is going to take some digging... and possibly some interaction with a Ps guru. This is just a quick note-to-self.

From @tiburbage (posted on archive issue): Watson https://watsonexp.corp.adobe.com/#bug=3948991 has been Closed/NeverFix. Please discuss with Jesper if are strongly opposed to this decision.
