Tooltips extend beyond screen. #820

maximize app window. mouseover proportional lock or swap icons to expose tooltip. Result: tooltip aligns to top-left of mouse location and doesn't account for screen or app bounds.

This is core bug that requires a post-M2 Watson issue.

This would be great to fix, but I disagree that this is a ship blocker.

Full screen mode is default on Windows. Tooltips are great helping guides for letting users know what the icons are. They are used often and highly visible. Truncated strings are very basic quality issue.

Here are examples: "Properties: click to collapse" -> "Pr" "Layers and Libraries: click to collapse" -> "Lay" "Returned to Standard Photoshop" -> "Re" "Search Adobe Stock" -> "Search Adobe St"
