Fully support nls #30

It was a lot of work - the first step into a good nls

(Everything was tested in the german language with Brackets 0.30 and 0.32 dev, Windows 8)

If there's anything else I can do to make Theseus friendlier in other languages, I'd love to know what my next steps should be.

It was a lot of work (I didn't know where the strings where, so I had to search cross all files for every single word) - It took me a few hours.

Left for you: Make everything new nls-ready from the beginning
