Wrong stroke length for U+9706 霆/CID+7126 #10

image The lowest horizontal stroke of 壬 should be longest instead of middle stroke in JIS X 0208:2012 and JIS X 0213:2004. However, from 5031.JapaneseOCF.pdf and Adobe-Japan1, both seem to be wrong.
