[tx] Crashing without error when using -decid option in -t1 mode #1726

When trying to parse the font file below with tx -t1 -decid -usefd 12 .\ChiuKongGothicVFCL-EL.otf a.pfa, there is no file generated. It seem that the program crashed somewhere during the process.

Generating -t1 without -decid does work.
