Please create a demo site and how-to use code samples included there

quanghoc, as alexlouden points out, we have http://webplatform.adobe.com/dropcap.js/. I'll add it to the README file. Is there something missing in the README.md how-to?

These steps are already explained in the README. I'd like to hear more about what is unclear, otherwise I won't know whether I fixed it.

I can also add a sample directory with some very simple examples. But we already have the demo site's first page here https://github.com/adobe-webplatform/dropcap.js/blob/gh-pages/index.html. Though the CSS is a little long due to media queries, it's very simple.
