Use ci in travis #14

Part of the discussion in #11 was around how long it takes to npm i on windows. This pr should be a test of that.

overall time is not that different .. still windows takes like 8x of Linux builds but whatevs

Looking at the build logs npm ci took 230ish and 290ish seconds on windows and installation of chrome took 50 and 80ish seconds For linux npm ci take 17ish seconds
