CIF-1371 - The Venia demo store should come with a product binding created

Description

Add the product binding folder to the sample content. The binding name pattern is <configuration name>-<store view> and it refers the configuration created in /conf/__confFolderName.

Motivation and Context

Eliminate the step of manually creating the product binding after the sample content is installed.
