creates and configures dedicated folder for sample project

Motivation and Context

This PR does three things:

it adds a dedicated XF sub-folder for the sample project
it sets the proper XF template in the cq:allowedTemplates property
it sets the proper cq:conf property

How Has This Been Tested?

Manually tested.
