Submit Action on Adaptive Form Embed is ignored #1202

Expected Behaviour

Redirect to Thank You Page authored in the AF Embed component

Actual Behaviour

Redirect to Thank You Page authored authored in Form

Reproduce Scenario (including but not limited to)

Steps to Reproduce

  1. On the AF Embed Component, select the Form to be embedded on the Sites Page
  2. Configure Submit action > Redirect to thank you page > Thank You Page path
  3. Save the dialog

    Platform and Version

    AEM 6.5.17

    AEM Version (mention the exact version in case of cloud SDK)

    AEM 6.5 SP 17

    AEM Forms Version

    1.1.27-wcmB004
