[Accessibility][Carousel][Dialog] Custom user interface component is not compatible with AT #1922

Environment

Testing Application - Adobe Experience Manager Authentication State - Logged in Url - http://localhost:8080/editor.html/content/we-retail/us/en/experience.html Operating System - Windows 10 Browser - Chrome Version 93.0 Assistive Technology - NVDA Version 2021.1 Context - Desktop

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Launch the 'Adobe Experience Manager' JAR file.
  2. Sign in with the Username and Password.
  3. 'AEM Start' page will appear.
  4. Activate the 'Sites' link.
  5. 'AEM Sites' page will appear.
  6. Select the 'We.Retail' option.
  7. 'We.Retail | AEM Sites' page will appear.
  8. Select the 'United States' option.
  9. United States | AEM Sites'page will appear.
  10. Select the 'English' option.
  11. 'English | AEM Sites'page will appear.
  12. Select the 'Experience' option and click on the 'Edit' button.
  13. 'Experience' page will appear.
  14. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the 'Carousel' component.
  15. select the 'Configure' option in the toolbar.
  16. 'Carousel' modal will appear.
  17. Select the 'Properties' tab.
  18. Select the 'Automatically transition slides' checkbox.
  19. Observed element 'Transition Delay (milliseconds)' spin button.
Expected Results

The Value of the 'Transition Delay (milliseconds)' spin button is exposed on Chrome with NVDA.

Actual Results

The 'Transition Delay (milliseconds)' spin button value is not exposed.

This is a Granite / Coral UI issue, not something that should be fixed within the Core Components.
