Language copy of Experience fragments cannot be inherited by template in sites live copy pages

Bug Report

Current Behavior Experience fragments cannot be inherited from templates. Multiple language copy of experience fragments cannot be inherited using template if the inheriting site structure uses live copy .

If experience fragments are created with below structure language-masters/en (language copy) language-masters/de (language copy) language-masters/fr (language copy)

If site structure is different in site because of live copy language-masters/en (language copy) XF inheritance works language-masters/de (language copy) XF inheritance works language-masters/fr (language copy) XF inheritance works live-site/eu/de (LIVE COPY of language-masters/de) XF inheritance from templates doesn't work.

Expected behavior/code Experience fragment inheritance should work for Live copy with different path live-site/eu/de (LIVE COPY of language-masters/de) XF inheritance should work.

Environment

• Core Components version (e.g. 2.22.12)
• JRE version (e.g. Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.11))
