Not able to see the "all" installable package for version 2.22.6 #2549

Bug Report

Current Behavior Not able to see "all" package for direct installation use in the repository for version 2.22.6. But we can see the same for version 2.22.8. As the package is not available as part of this repository, we need to build the code explicitly.

Expected behavior/code Need "all" package for direction installation for version 2.22.6 as it is part of Adobe's core functionality.

Same Issue in other Versions like 2.22.12 or 2.23.0 And if you go back in history, there where always some Versions with missing "all" package. Is there a Problem with the build?
