Current Behavior Image component v3 not showing configure on first drop, but after page refresh it is showing the configure icon

Expected behavior/code Should show configure icon on first drop

Environment

• AEM version and patch level : Adobe Experience Manager 2023.8.13206.20230821T124823Z-230800
• Core Components version (e.g. 2.0.4) : 2.23.2
• JRE version (e.g. Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_152-b16)) : jdk 11

above error is shown when first dropping the wknd image component without refreshing the page and then clicking on the image component will trigger error to show on browser debug console
