Current Behaviour
When 'inherit feature image from page' is checked and file reference is also available but the 'get caption from DAM' does not appear.
Expected behaviour/code
'Get caption from DAM' should appear when file reference is available and 'inherit featured image from page' is checked.

So the 'get caption from dam' is missing even when reference path is available for the inherited image.

Current Behaviour When 'inherit feature image from page' is checked and file reference is also available but the 'get caption from DAM' does not appear.
Expected behaviour/code 'Get caption from DAM' should appear when file reference is available and 'inherit featured image from page' is checked.
