Document supported browsers for site client-side code #403

We should document the browsers that are supported for the core components client-side code. See question: https://github.com/adobe/aem-core-wcm-components/issues/401

Would be nice to document the WCAG compliance level along with it. @richardhand Can you provide some info which compliance level (A, AA or AAA) is the target for the core components?

Update: According to https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/experience-manager-core-components/using/developing/developing.html it is AA.
