Improve default values in New Server wizard

The default values of the New Server wizard should be improved:

• The default Port should be 4502 instead of 8080.
• The default Pushing interval should be 0 instead of 15.

The default publish interval has been set to 0, and the fix is in the Sling IDE Tooling project ( see SLING-4021 - Set publish interval to 0 when creating a new server ) and will be incorporated in the next AEM Developer Tools public release.

If you'd like to build a fix yourself, please follow the instructions from Sling IDE Tooling - building from source.

I will look into the default port separately, as it requires an extension point to allow differentiation between Sling and AEM runtimes.
