AEM tools in luna #56

I installed the aem-eclipse-developer-tools in Luna, but when I start it and the message "No runtime available" showed up. Is this error caused by the version of eclipse?

I use https://eclipse.adobe.com/aem/dev-tools/ to install the tool, and it start successfully
