Update to Core Components 2.10.0 and Archetype 23 #104

WKND reference site should be updated to use 2.10.0 version of AEM Core Components.

WKND should update to the latest standards based on Archetype 23 to be used with AEM as a Cloud Service.

To make the project backward compatible with AEM 6.5.5+ and AEM 6.4.8, an optional Maven profile will be included named classic. The classic profile will compile the code using version 6.4.4 of the uber jar and will embed Core Components.
