This PR needs AEM as a Cloud Version 2022.4.7061.20220414 or newer. At the time of creation of the PR this version hasn't been made public.

Enable ContextHub with default config in /conf and CDN caching settings and Dispatcher filters

This is the current config in production on wknd.site. This PR does not contain a personalization example - this is the base config and settings to make ContextHub work in production. There is going to be a separate PR for an example using ContextHub.
