Description

Updated WKND-Shared version to 2.1.2, to address Content Fragment model's image ref rootpath issue + fix
Releasing via GitHub Action steps

Motivation and Context

WKND Content Fragment Authoring with images will not have issues to pick images

Local verification by creating and updating content fragments
