update dependencies to @adobe/aemcs-api-client-lib

Description

This PR updates the dependencies to aemcs-api-client-lib (by having done npm update @adobe/aemcs-api-client-lib since that package had also important updates.

Not sure what's still wrong with my Adobe CLA signed - actually I did it. Maybe something went wrong. I have signed it meanwhile twice and sent now a mail to grp-opensourceoffice@adobe.com for clarification

@adobe/aemcs-api-client-lib is used directly from github, npm package does not exists. No need for package-lock update.
