Browser sync support with dynamic ports #11

PR provides:

functionality to dynamically choose port for proxy (starting from port defined in the .env file)
browser sync support moved from the Site Template to theme-builder. That had to be done in order to be able to set ports dynamically.

There is a slight change in API:

npx aem-site-theme-builder proxy - new API - suits the same role as the old live. Runs proxy server based on the .env variables.
npx aem-site-theme-builder live - changed API - now runs both proxy and browser sync
