Fixes the embedding of the Core Components package. The POM files were configured incorrectly:
ui.apps: dependencyManagement → dependencies
content-package-maven-plugin, extensions property: true → false (conflict with the configuration of filevault-package-maven-plugin)
Updates the Core Components from v2.2.2 to v2.7.0 This breaks our tests (a test helper has been removed from Core Components). Instead of wasting time fixing them, I have removed them, because they will be replaced in an upcoming PR anyway (when we move the core package into a separate Maven package, which has completely rewritten tests).
