Description

AssuranceTheme.dimensions was introduced as part of QuickConnect screen migration. Apply the constants to PinScreen:

Use AssuranceTheme.dimensions for specifying dimensions
Ensure text padding of PinErrorView matches iOS

How Has This Been Tested?

Manual verification of PinFlow looks wrt iOS and Android 2.x
