lock version of runtime plugin #37

Description

new release of runtime plugin broke compatibility with our asset compute tools. need to get this fix in before 1pm today Screen Shot 2020-09-28 at 9 46 50 AM

Firefly team re-released the runtime plugin with a fix in version 1.10.2 so it is now picked up by the plugin (no need to tag a specific version) :)

they will release the breaking changes with version 2.0.0
