aio rt:activation:logs should display info message if custom log forwarding is configured #260

In case custom log forwarding is configured, logs are not stored in Adobe infrastructure and so will not be returned by aio rt:activation:logs command.

aio rt:activation:logs command should display an info message that explains that custom log forwarding is configured.
