fish shell causes not all projects to be selectable #691

Expected Behaviour

aio console projects sel allows selection of any of the projects in aio console projects ls output

Actual Behaviour

only 4 are shown and iterable

Reproduce Scenario (including but not limited to)

See thread for details. Likely is because of fish shell.

    Memory: 645.98 MB / 48.00 GB
    Shell: 3.7.0 - /opt/homebrew/bin/fish
  Binaries:
    Node: 20.10.0 - ~/.local/share/nvm/v20.10.0/bin/node
    Yarn: 1.22.21 - ~/.local/share/nvm/v20.10.0/bin/yarn
    npm: 10.8.3 - ~/.local/share/nvm/v20.10.0/bin/npm
  Virtualization:
    Docker: 24.0.7 - /usr/local/bin/docker
  npmGlobalPackages:
    @adobe/aio-cli: 10.3.1
