Upgrade dependencies: With upgrade to @azure/storage-blob@12, tests don't pass #22

Expected Behaviour

Tests pass when upgrading @azure/storage-blob to v12.

Actual Behaviour

Tests fail when upgrading @azure/storage-blob to v12.

Reproduce Scenario (including but not limited to)

Steps to Reproduce

npm install @azure/storage-blob@12 npm test
