Description

I discovered a few issues with the SPA sample and have resolved them in this PR.

What's changed:

All samples now reference publicly available builds of alloy rather than local ones from the repo.
Local builds of alloy have been removed from the repo
static images and assets used for the SPA sample were added directly to the repo rather than reference external resources that could change.
removed xdm section from applyResponse, since it's not supported.
