The URL's for the ansible roles and packer specs are not good for different environments of organizations to use, so need to find a way to be able to define the overrides of such variables.
Expected Behaviour
Each user should be able to define a file which effectively override the packer or ansible variables.
Actual Behaviour
The images build process is using static and invalid URL's to download the remote artifacts
