Checked how it's working on linux host and found a number of issues which was fixed.

Description

Modified documentation a bit to reflect the host execution properly
Fixed issue on executing build image by sh in build_image.sh
Fixed too fast switch to reboot on ubuntu image installer
Fixed encoder since avc1 is not working on linux version of opencv
Fixed the timeouts on image cleanup operation

Found that docker lacks of override functionality for ansible, so need to rewrite it separately in #11

How Has This Been Tested?

Manually via run ubuntu images build for vmx/docker and packed them - and it works identical to MacOS host
