A number of fixes #26

The change implements the next fixes:

VMX: windows now also uses openssh for child images
VMX: OpenSSH installation fixed to look if the other disks mounted
Specs was added to yaml style check & style fixes for specs
Added start time of jenkins agent to the log
Since migrated to jre11 the folder now have just "jre" name, not jre8
