On MacOS M1 (aarch64/arm64) it's quite hard to run VM's - VMWare Fusion 13.5 don't want to run macos guests, while tart looks like good candidate:

Can use softnet binary to manage networking
Supports nesting building, but no snapshotting - probably could be solved by using tar incremental archives...

Tested modified softnet binary - it's indeed possible to block global net access by changing Some(()) to None while still having access to the host IP

Yeah, tart have a couple of issues, so need to fix them before it can be properly automated.
